Diese Lizenz gilt bis sie aufgehoben wird. Sie können sie jederzeit durch schriftliche Mitteilung an NAD kündigen. NAD kann sie kündigen, wenn Sie diese Vereinbarung nicht einhalten, indem Sie uns dies mitteilen. Nach der Kündigung werden Sie das Programm oder die Dokumentation und alle Kopien, die Sie davon gemacht haben, vernichten. Darüber hinaus haben Sie nach der Kündigung keinen Rückgriff gegen NAD wegen Ihrer Unfähigkeit, das Programm oder die Begleitdokumentation zu nutzen.
Die Software und die Dokumentation werden „WIE SIE SIND“ und ohne jegliche Garantie zur Verfügung gestellt, und NAD lehnt ausdrücklich sämtliche auch stillschweigenden Garantien ab. NAD haftet nicht für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die sich aus der Verwendung dieses Produkts oder aus der Unmöglichkeit der Verwendung dieses Produkts ergeben, selbst wenn wir im Voraus über die Möglichkeit solcher Schäden informiert wurden.
